At Autumn's Harvest Farm, we're dedicated to providing humanely raised, grass-fed beef, pasture pork, and pasture-raised poultry and eggs. Our commitment lies in sustainable farming methods that prioritize animal welfare, environmental health, and responsible agriculture.
Regenerative Practices & Sustainability
Multispecies rotationally grazed animals are the foundation of what we do. But even our farm and home run entirely on rainwater collected through gutter and pond systems that are filtered with solar-powered pump filtration. Much of our infrastructure is built from wood harvested on our land and milled locally.
We’ve built a composting pad system in partnership with the Soil and Water Authority to demonstrate how spreading fully composted organic matter can reduce runoff into the Finger Lakes. Fertilizer runoff and algae blooms are persistent issues in the region—and direct consequences of conventional farming methods—but we’re committed to proving that a different approach is possible.

Autumn's Harvest Farm is a mission-driven regenerative farm located in the renowned Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Our family-operated farm overlooks Cayuga Lake, where we sustainably raise Animal Welfare Approved beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and eggs. Our commitment to ethical farming and environmental stewardship ensures that each product not only tastes exceptional but also positively contributes to the local food system and a healthier planet.
Autumn’s Harvest is dual-certified Grass-Fed (American Grassfed Association & A Greener World) for both beef and lamb, Animal Welfare Approved across all species, and completely pasture-raised during the warmer months—a model designed not just to meet standards, but to elevate them. No hormones, steroids, or antibiotics are ever introduced to the farm stock. For our animals that eat grain (poultry and pigs), we provide a local, non-GMO vegetarian feed sourced from a partner farm and mill just three miles up the road.
